We sell custom made watches, designed personally by our founder, where each piece is handcrafted with upmost precision. For further customisations, get in touch with us and we can provide personal recommendations !
2. Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are not affiliated with Seiko branding nor subsidiaries. We use original Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with custom, quality assured, aftermarket parts exclusively for each client.
3. Do you offer watch repairs?
Yes, we also offer personalised watch repairs for your needs. Due to the custom nature of this service we are unable to list a fixed price on our website as each watch mechanic is as unique as the wearer themself. Hence, to find out about watch repairs get in touch below !
4. How long does it take to receive my custom watch?
Each watch is crafted individually, with care. Production typically takes upwards of 7-10 days from the time of your order. Extended duration allows us to ensure we only use quality tested pieces & Grade A materials. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly when to expect your timepiece.
5. Can I request a specific engraving?
We are currently working on allowing clients to have the ability to add a further personal touch to their already unique timekeeper.
6. What materials are available for customization?
You can also select from various dial colours, strap options, and finishes to create a truly unique look.
7. Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, each watch is crafted with water-resistant features. The level of resistance varies based on the design, so please check the specifications or ask us for details if you have specific requirements.
8. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because each watch is custom-made, adjustments are limited once production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9. How can I care for my custom watch?
To keep your watch in pristine condition, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and shocks. We recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth, and we’re happy to provide additional maintenance tips specific to your watch.
